We provide community and residentially supported services to individuals with “unique abilities”. To that end, LSF assists individuals to constructively integrate into neighborhoods /communities of choice and gain meaningful employment, when possible

Philosophy
Transparency and inclusion are the crux of our success. Essentially, we run an open program by encouraging active proponent participation. Deliberately, LSF makes a concerted effort to harness the invaluable input of proponents and other stakeholders. This is evidenced by, among others, the integral inculcation of proponents’ perspectives into our policies and procedures and participation as members of our board and quality assurance committees. The net effect of these operational principles serves as checks and balances to ensure that individuals’ rights are never in breach. LSF provides services to include, but are not limited to, supports involving:
